1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we collect?

Newsletter / Mailing list: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your name and phone number. This is processed by Brevo (Sendinblue), our email service provider.

Store / PayPal: When you purchase merchandise, your payment is processed by PayPal. We receive your name, email, and shipping address from PayPal to fulfill orders. We do not store your payment details.

Contact forms: Emails sent to our booking, press, or general inbox are retained only as needed to respond and conduct business.

Cookies and similar tech:

• Consent: We store your Accept/Decline choice so we don't show the banner again.
• Language: We remember your language preference (EN/DE) so you see the right version on future visits.
• Marketing: Newsletter and mailing-list signups (Brevo) only work if you Accept. If you Decline, we won't process signups.

We also use your browser's language setting to suggest the correct site language on first visit.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)
